CountryDecorz.com Shipping and Handling

Note: Handling Fee waived for First Time Customers!


All orders will be shipped UPS ground or USPS parcel post within the continental United States at the discretion of CountryDecorz.com

  • We charge a shipping fee of $8.50 per order for shipping within the United States.
  • We charge a shipping fee of $18.95 per order for Canada.
  • APO addresses will ship USPS parcel post or priority mail.
  • Post Office boxes (P.O. Box) will ship USPS.
  • You will need to allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.
  • If you wish to expedite your order you may request overnight, second day air, or other types of delivery for an additional charge.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
  • If we are unable to ship your order within 48 hours we will notify you by phone or email.

  • We also ship to most areas outside the continental United States. Email us at service@countrydecorz.com for delivery rates outside the continental United States.
  • When paying by check, we wait for the check to clear. This can take up to 7-10 days, before we ship your order.
  • CountryDecorz.com is not responsible for customs charges, tariffs, or taxes imposed by any country. This applies to incoming and outgoing packages. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.





Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CountryDecorz.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CountryDecorz.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CountryDecorz.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price along with the shipping charges.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CountryDecorz.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Return Policy

We guarantee any and all items sold on our website to be free from defects. We will replace defective products at no charge to you our valued customer. Please call toll free (866) 925-5111 or e-mail service@countrydecorz.com if you have any defective products that need replaced.

  • All items returned must have a valid return authorization number (Item #).
  • Items returned without this number will not be accepted.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Sorry, no COD's.
  • Please note that orders shipped within Ohio will be charged 7%sales tax.
  • We will also accept Checks or Money Orders.
